How the Referral Program Works
1. Submit a referral using the referral form.
2. The referred candidate is hired and placed by ANS Staffing Agency.
3. You receive a gift card after the required work period is completed.
Referral Bonus Structure
• CNA Referral: $100 Gift Card
• LPN Referral: $150 Gift Card
• RN Referral: $150 Gift Card
Referral bonus is issued after the referred employee completes 80–120 days of active work and remains in good standing.

You do not need to be an ANS employee to refer a candidate.
